Food Research Methods

Yes, People always say that stuff you learn may not be practical to our daily lives.
I am going to prove that at least some of them can be used. Something else that is on my agenda is to prove that if you do something that you are passionate about, it will be alot easier and it will yield a better result.

In year2 of my Polytechnic course, there was a Module called Media Research Methods. Basically it was labeled as 'probably the hardest module yet' by many of my coursemates! true enough, i scored a C+ with it.

I will apply the techniques that I have acquired during the module into what I love doing most. MAKAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the next month or two, I will travel around Bangkok, gathering information with these two initial hypothesis in mind.
